Javier Rivera is the host of The Latin Essence heard every Saturday morning from 6 – 10 a.m. Javier was editor of the Afro-Caribbean magazine Oasis Salsero and he has also written Latin Music articles and CD reviews for Rochester’s Democrat and Chronicle and CONXION and many other periodicals. Javier is a Latin Music collector and enjoys sharing the best music in the world. ¡Que Viva La Musica Latina!
