Janson McNair

Janson joined the station in 2007. He Graduated from SUNY Brockport in 2006 with a BS in Communications (Broadcasting)  You can catch him on the air Thursday nights on Jazz horizons from 9-midnight bringing you the edgier, funky side of jazz.  You will hear artists such as Joey DeFrancesco, Irene Reid, Ron Blake Jack McDuff, Herbie Hancock, Marcus Miller and Stanley Clark. He enjoys riding his motorcycle, learning the game of golf and long walks on the beach LOL.   He is fairly new to the jazz scene, but he is looking forward to learning from you, the listeners.  Feel free to call him on the air. He welcomes your musical suggestions and comments. He is looking forward to seeing all of you at this years  jazz festival.
